3️⃣ You email your docs back.
You send your documents. Business license, lease or utility bill, signage photos, and any suspension emails from Google.

4️⃣ We submit your reinstatement
I review your documents before accepting your case. If your paperwork is not viable I issue a full refund at this stage. No questions asked.

How long does it take?

Most cases resolve within 30 to 60 days. Complex cases can take up to 90 days. Google controls the timeline not me.

What if it doesn’t work?

If I accept your case and Google does not reinstate your profile the fee is non refundable. This is because I have spent significant time working your case regardless of the outcome. If I review your documents and determine your case is not viable before starting you receive a full refund.

Can you fake documents?

No. I will not submit fraudulent documents under any circumstances. If you ask me to I will refund you immediately and decline the case.

What if I already tried reinstating myself?

That is fine. Prior attempts do not necessarily hurt your case. Tell me what you submitted and when and I will factor that into the approach.

Do you need manager access to my profile?

Yes. I will ask for manager access so I can review your suspension type and account history before accepting your case. This helps me assess whether your case is viable before we both invest time in it.

What types of suspensions can you fix?

Soft suspensions, hard suspensions, and unverified profile issues. Suspensions caused by clear policy violations like fake reviews or fraudulent addresses are much harder to overturn and I may decline those cases after document review.
